Today, Kay from Home Base will be outside the library from 11am - 1pm to provide resources for our patrons. Usual outreach hours are every other Wednesdays from 2pm - 4pm.

Home Base (formerly known as Runaway & Homeless Youth Services) serves youth (up to age 25) and families in Outagamie, Calumet, and Winnebago counties experiencing challenges related to running away, homelessness, and housing insecurities. Services are confidential, voluntary, and free of charge.

Every other Wednesday at 2pm - 4pm (weather permitting), Kay, from Home Base will be outside of the library to connect individuals to resources and care packages.
