Event Type: Arts/Entertainment Age Group(s): Adult Date: 11/14/2012 Start Time: 6:30 PM End Time: 8:00 PM Description: Inspired by the Gypsy tradition, this energizing evening of pure Flamenco will be introduced by Michael Hauser, also known as the Father of Flamenco in the Midwest, and Pedro Cortés,Jr.,considered to be one of the top flamenco guitarists in America. Their performance will be accompanied by Flamenco singer (cantaor) Jesús Montoya, one of the best of the handful of authentic Spanish Flamenco singers living in the country. Choreographer, leader and founder of Zorongo Flamenco School and Theater, Susana di Palma, will include a dance performance. Susana di Palma was the only American who had been accepted by the legendary Flamenco Company La Singla.
