Description: What happens if you donít have and estate plan? This course will review the importance of estate planning and discuss the basic estate planning techniques every person should know about including wills, trusts and Powers of Attorney. Come away knowing what legal documents you should have drafted to protect your assets and family.

This seminar is presented by Ron Webb, attorney and Associate of the Chicago estate planning law firm Peck Bloom, LLC. Mr. Webb focuses on estate planning and business law and also practices tax law in the areas of gift and estate taxation.

Dollars and Sense Series. The goal of the Dollars and Sense series is to provide community members with the information to help manage their personal finance issues with common sense.
