 Come join Certified instructor Nikki Hodges as she leads a one hour exercise class. The class will alternate short periods of intense anaerobic exercises with less-intense recovery periods. Please bring water, mat, weights (2-5 lbs), and a towel.
Class will be limited to the first 25 participants.
