This class series introduces an approach to living and communicating that helps us:

Speak up when it's scary
Break the cycle of destructive self-talk
Get along with others in more satisfying ways
Let go of judgments about ourselves & others
Have fewer misunderstandings and conflicts
Resolve conflicts that do occur peacefully-- and happily

This is an introductory basics course in Compassionate Communication,
also known as Nonviolent CommunicationŠ,
developed by mediator and clinical psychologist, Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD.

Led by Diane Diller, who's been learning and practicing it since 2004 and teaching since 2009.
