A picture’s worth a thousand words, and with a thousand words you can tell a great story! As part of our “Universe of Stories” Summer Reading theme, professional photographer, Jeffrey Smith, will teach us how to take better pictures with our smartphones. This program will start with a brief instructional lecture where Jeffrey will explain tricks for taking high quality photos on a smartphone. Then the program will move outdoors so everyone can practice and get one-on-one help with some of the more nuanced skills like perspective, lighting, and framing. Finally, we will return indoors for a final tutorial and demo on how to edit your photos. Light refreshments will be provided.
