 "It's not happiness that brings us gratitude, it is gratitude that brings us happiness." Gratitude helps naturally elevate mood and fill us with joy and appreciation, attract more good things into our lives, provide a sense of balance and perspective, shift our energy and bring more of what we want into our lives and increase energy levels, optimism, and productivity. This workshop is designed to help you develop gratitude in creative and meaningful ways, learn how gratitude can help with depression and anxiety, discover ways that you can incorporate gratitude into every day living and find gratitude regardless of what is going on in your life or the world. Presented by Dr. Peggy DeLong, licensed psychologist.
