Oil Paintings by Carol Hess Plimpton On Display: April 2-30, 2014 Opening Reception Saturday, April 5 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. Open to the Public About the Artist: Carol Hess Plimpton has been a Cherry Hill resident for over 40 years. She has had a lifelong interest in art and in the last few years she has concentrated on developing and sharing her paintings. Carol studies with Karen Titus Smith at Studio Classroom in Pemberton, NJ. She also studied with Philip Carroll in 2012 at the Perkins Center. Carol is also a member of the Rancocas Valley Plain Air Painters and the Burlington County Art Guild where she is on the board.
