 This event will begin with a lecture by Buffalo & Erie County Public Library Genealogy Specialist, Rhonda Hoffman. Ms. Hoffman will highlight key genealogy resources and strategies as well as provide an insiders' guide to the Grosvenor Room. The Buffalo & Erie County Library's Grosvenor Room is home to an outstanding collection of unique, rare and historically significant genealogy materials. Next, Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Genealogist, Sue Leighton, will discuss the DAR membership process and strategies for a successful application. Immediately following the lectures, Ms. Leighton and Ms. Hoffman will provide guidance as participants perform personal genealogy research in the Grosvenor Room.
