This series is designed to help participants achieve optimal benefit from participation in the Camden Conference. In the first two sessions, participants will consider a list of questions deemed relevant and provocative to the theme of the conference, which this year is “Is This China’s Century?” In the third session, participants will review and discuss findings and recommendations that surfaced during the Camden Conference.
Bob Sargent’s diplomatic assignments have included Belgium, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Tunisia, Turkey and Vietnam. He is a former member of the Camden Conference Board of Directors and Advisory Board and a three-time conference program chair.
Participants are asked to register for the Blue Hill Library discussion sessions using the library’s interactive calendar found at www.bhpl.net or by calling the library at 374-5515. For more information and suggested readings, check camdenconference.org. Some materials recommended by the Camden Conference web site will be available in print and on DVD to check out from the library.
