NASA describes this program as:
On February 18, NASA's Perseverance rover will finally land on Mars after completing a complex maneuver called entry, descent, and landing, or EDL. As we count down to landing, the Education team at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory is hosting live stream talks for students and their teachers across the country and the world. Join us to hear more about this exciting mission and what to expect on landing day.

In this session designed for high-school students and their teachers, we will be joined by mission scientists and engineers to discuss the process required to land a spacecraft on Mars, the science goals for the Perseverance Mars rover, and what's next in our exploration of the Red Planet. Our experts will also be answering your questions during a live Q&A!
