Home Base (formerly known as Runaway & Homeless Youth Services) serves youth (up to age 25) and families in Outagamie, Calumet, and Winnebago counties experiencing challenges related to running away, homelessness, and housing insecurities. Services are confidential, voluntary, and free of charge.

Every other Wednesday from 2pm - 4pm (weather permitting), Kay, from Home Base will be outside of the library to connect individuals to resources and care packages.
