 Climate change is a global problem that requires individual as well as collective action, requiring the collaboration of entire communities, who must make decisions on the source of energy that powers and heats their factories, their offices, and their homes, transportation options, building and construction criteria and practices, as well as land use. Dr. Pablo Toral, professor of international relations and environmental studies, will discuss ways we can collectively make a large-scale impact. Dr. Toral's teaching and research interests include international political economy, environmental politics, international relations theory, international governance and development, with a focus on Latin America and Europe.
