Experience Traditional and Contemporary Practices- In this session, you will experience Spring Forest Qigong, an ancient, simple, effective system of movements as well as visualization and meditations. You will also engage in contemporary easy, gentle and flowing tai chi. When your body and mind are in a state of "flow" stress is reduced physically, mentally and emotionally. Come and give it a try; no experience necessary! Wear loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes. All movements can be done seated, standing with side support or standing. Location: Meeting Room C |
