A representative from the St. Joseph Food Program will discuss the Grow-A-Row for St. Joe's initiative and Kari Witthuhn-Henning will speak to participants about the Seed Library at Appleton Public Library. Free seeds and starter plants will be available for Grow-A-Row participants. Free admission.
