Salon de la Refuse: Mr. Ballard will cover salvage of parts for use as art elements, deconstruction of discarded items, use of fasteners and adhesives. The artist will demonstrate how to make a belt from a bicycle inner-tube and how to incorporate art elements into wearable art. Funding provided by the Friends of Appleton Public Library.
