This may not be your typical garden talk, come and hear the story of one Master Gardener’s trek into the wild. Rachel Seppi will present from her 2013 thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. This National Scenic trail traverses mountain ranges from Mexico to Canada over 2650 miles. The trail crosses 26 National Forests, 7 National Parks, 5 State Parks and 3 National Monuments. You will hear about the wide variety of eco systems and plant life as well as the culture working to maintain this wild and wonderful area.
